清新都市 創富惠民 公民黨就各政策範疇的具體建議

香港人充滿幹勁，力求上進，敢於接受挑戰，具國際都會人民的素質，特區政府應肩負起維護香港這國際都會地位的責任，在制定民主發展、環境保育、城巿規劃、醫療福利等公共政策時，理應以國際標準自我期許，以維護社會持續發展，帶領港人不斷進步為依歸。

可惜，現時政府非由巿民以普及而平等的選舉授權產生，政策及施政作風只向有份授權的階層傾斜，政策決定直接影響社會資源的分配，制度上的不公，造成社會分化和排斥。

目前，香港經濟前景穩步上揚，但經濟成果卻未能惠及社會低下階層，反映貧富懸殊的堅尼系數創歷來新高，遠超國際警戒線，在這國際都會的兒童要以拾荒維持生活、紥鐵工人為爭取合理薪酬發起罷工、普遍港人快樂指數全線下滑，貧富懸殊成為社會不穩的主要因素，損害香港國際都會的美譽，影響經濟發展。
