邁向全面普選 2012年政制改革諮詢公眾方案

八十年代，民主派論政團體的信念，就是爭取民主政制，爭取88年全體立法局議員由直選產生。88年至今已20年了，仍有半數立法會議員由功能組別產生，部份功能組別更是極小圈子。功能組別選民有兩票甚至三票，普羅市民只得一票，既不等量，也不等值，更不公平，這樣的選舉並不符合普及而平等的原則。
