意見書

青年公民就政府當局因應立法會議員辭職及其他情況而出缺的議席所建議的填補安排的意見書

青年公民對政府今次所提出的修訂草案感到極度的失望及擔憂。根據立法會政制事務委員會所刊出的《填補立法會出缺議席的安排》文件，當中指出政府之所以提出此替補機制之主要原因是因為去年5月16日之立法會補選的投票率只有17%；從而推斷說市民認為補普機制是不必要的，並大量浪費公帑。青年公民認為政府此推斷是全完不合邏輯且極度扭曲民意的。如果各位仔細看看政制事務委員會所提出的文件就會發現整份文件都是邏輯不通、斷章取義的。
