首長級公務員離職就業檢討 – 公民黨立場書

公眾是處於不利的狀況，因為諮詢文件提供太少資料予公眾，包括公務員如何運作、公務員有甚麼權力和他們做了甚麼，致令公眾無法表達他們的意見。反之公務員則處於有利位置，因為他們掌握更多資料。這個不平衡，及檢討委員會成員包括公務員事務局局長令檢討委員會提出的建議失去公信力。
