香港應付全球暖化之措施 公民黨 意見書

根據聯合國「政府間氣候變化專門委員會」（Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change）之預計，認為若要在21世紀末將二氧化碳濃度穩定在工業革命前的兩倍，必須將目前全球排放量削減一半。
