公民黨就梁游案最終判決的回應

終審法院今日拒絕前立法會議員梁頌恆游蕙禎就宣誓案作最終上訴，公民黨對此表示失望。公民黨指出，特區政府為虎作倀，利用釋法及法庭清除異己破壞一國兩制，是不可接受的。公民黨重申，我們不同意全數追回梁頌恆及游蕙禎10月1日起申領的議員酬金及預支營運資金。

公民黨要求特區政府，應立即就本案造成的議席出缺安排補選，不要作任何拖延。公民黨警告特區政府，不要藉辭任何借口，將這場補選與其後的補選合併。公民黨會聯同其他民主派，一起力保該議席不落入建制派之手。
