公民黨小額眾籌計劃

 公民黨踏入第15個年頭，礙於武漢肺炎疫情影響，我們被迫取消維園年宵及籌款晚宴兩項主要籌款活動。現發起「小額眾籌計劃」作為本年度的籌款項目，希望大家藉小額捐款支持公民黨。

The purpose of collecting the information in this form is to complete the purchase concerned and allow the Civic Party to contact you in the future.
